What is the OBM Estimating Service?
Our estimating service is powered by HBXL and offers OBM customers an estimating and take-off service. We’ll review your customers’ plans and undertake all estimating of the costs and quantities involved with the project.
Got your plans to hand? Upload them here using our drag and drop uploader and you can upload them in seconds! We’ll send you a no-obligation quote, we’ll need:
- Proposed floor plans
- Existing floor plans (for extensions, loft or garage conversions)
- Proposed elevations
- Any relevant specification notes and/or tender documents
Once we’ve received your plans we’ll be in touch within one working day with your no-obligation quote for undertaking the work and lead times for us to complete the estimate.
